HR Business Partner for Uk @Starbucks

Based in Starbucks Support Centre (SC) and business partnering in a senior manager capacity with 7 directors across the estate. Collaborate on value add initiatives within the HR function in UK and EMEA, as well as with business functions in both the development and implementation of these. Particular focus on partner (employee) engagement, talent development, apprenticeship programme in SC, inclusion & diversity, ER risk management and projects on improving the partner experience. Responsible for the operation of the UK payroll function covering both retail and SC.
