With more than 20 years experience in training and learning development with continuous focus on quality improvement, earned in multinational environments, I designing and use a variety of learning formats and techniques such as experiential, social/peer-to-peer, animations, games/simulations, videos, articles, digital resources etc.I use learning analytics and measurement techniques to evaluate the impact of learning solutions. I adapt innovative methods for virtual training programs measuring the impact and I can say my contribution help companies in achieve outstanding staffing.I\'m a curios person always looking on new IT solutions enabling the best blended education solutions.
