These are some ways I can support you + your team- Determining the best mix of digital + in-person event types that ladder up to company goals (virtual, hybrid, physical)- Determining the right event format for digital or F2F events (webinar series, conference, roundtable, dinner series, regional roadshow, partnership, experiential, etc)- Building webinar +/or full-scale virtual event strategies + execution- Marketing your events (email, website, social // messaging + timelines)- Consulting on content strategy for webinars, virtual conferences, and in-person events- Resourcing vendors + partners- Goal + KPI setting, measurement, analysis, reporting- Sales enablement to drive the most value from your Field or Event Marketing Strategy- Training, playbooks,+ process implementation (includes in-house coaching of junior teammates)- Budget consultation +/or management - Sponsorship strategy (both selling sponsorships + purchasing sponsorships)- Hosted event strategy (launching + growing an \"owned\" thought leadership event)- Execution/production of events- And + Software Experience: CRMs, Marketing Automation software, Project Management using both Google Workspace/G Suite and Microsoft product working with global audiences
