I work closely with the Enterprise Shared Services Officer at TASC to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Enterprise. I frequently lead business directives on behalf of the Enterprise Shared Services Officer. I work with intuition, professionalism, and confidentiality to clear roadblocks, streamline processes, and prioritize work so that the Enterprise Shared Services Officer can be as effective as possible in the guidance of the Enterprise Shared Services Leadership Team. I lead special projects, facilitate high level executive meetings, and manage team member action items on a regular basis. I also collaborate with leadership in developing the mission, vision, and values for Enterprise Shared Services as we set up this structural organization. Trust is the cornerstone of Executive Support work and I pride myself on being a reliable and trustworthy team member.
