I’m a graduate of Boise State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a passion for leadership development, project management, and competitive marketing strategies. Following graduation, I joined Alpha Chi Omega Headquarters as a chapter consultant, supporting collegiate chapters nationwide through leadership development, operations, and brand strategy. In this role, I gained a deep understanding of chapter growth, recruitment, and organizational success. I now serve as the Assistant Director of Collegiate Growth, where I lead the establishment and installation of new chapters, expanding Alpha Chi Omega’s impact and bringing its values to more campuses across the country. I’m driven by work that brings people, purpose, and strategy together and I value consistency and creative problem-solving in everything I do.
