I support Amazon sites across the EU with engineering safety, leading a team that helps sites in Italy, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia keep things running safely and to standard. I also create EU-wide training that makes complex safety topics simple and practical as well as organising monthly safety events for all sites collaborating globally. Outside of work, I’m building Grit, Graft and Grace- a coaching brand focused on helping people overcome imposter syndrome and self-doubt with honesty, resilience and a bit of Northern grit.Whether in engineering, safety or coaching, my focus is helping people feel confident in what they do.
