Contributed to the design of the new Acquia CDP data processing pipeline on Snowflake. Developed hands-on Proof of Concept (PoC) to showcase the platform\'s capabilities, along with a comprehensive migration plan and automations for the existing customers.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Client Success and Professional Services, to ensure alignment on customer-specific implementations of new and existing product features, while providing technical support for challenges faced by these teams.* Refactored, optimized, and automated existing products to scale the architecture for serving hundreds of customers. Migrated data warehouse (DW) staging tables from HBase to Parquet, implementing custom compaction strategies to reduce storage and processing costs.* Evaluated emerging technologies and benchmarked various solutions to modernize Acquia’s data processing and reporting pipelines. Developed Proof of Concept (PoC) projects for pipeline features using Coalesce and Snowflake. Collaborated with the Databricks team to build a PoC for migrating existing Cloudera workloads to Databricks’ Delta Lake platform.* Participated in on-call duties, swiftly addressing critical incidents, and implementing proactive measures to enhance system reliability and performance.
