Scott joined RBC Wealth Management in 2021, after many years with Merrill Lynch Wealth Management. Serving as the senior managing partner and team strategist, he is responsible for our high-net-worth and corporate relationships and enjoys getting to know our clients and their families. Scott’s focus is on managing personal investment portfolios designed to achieve the financial objectives of our clients. This includes defining our client’s investment goals and objectives, constructing a portfolio to pursue those goals and communicating any recommended adjustments. In addition to being a Senior Portfolio Manager in the firm’s Portfolio Focus program, Scott holds the Certified Financial Planner™(CFP®) professional designation from the Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc, the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) professional designation. Scott has lived in the Annapolis area most of his life where he and his wife, Mary raised their four children.
