ABOUT JENNIFER GOMEZ
Jen has spent over 20 years in retained executive search including almost a decade with Heidrick & Struggles where she was promoted to a partner level in the Global Financial Services practice. Subsequently, Jen ran recruiting for HBK, a multi-strategy hedge fund, and OppenheimerFunds—a $200 billion asset management firm. For the past eleven years Jen has led C-suite and senior leadership team engagements within private equity, focused primarily on industrial and consumer manufacturing and services. As a Principal at JM Search, she is responsible for full-cycle recruitment including client relationship management, needs assessment, search strategy, profile development, research, candidate development, and offer negotiation. Jen’s early career included roles at Morgan Stanley and Alex Brown & Sons where she conducted equity research covering the industrial market segments. For her private equity clients especially, Jen’s knowledge of both manufacturing and finance industry dynamics allows her to quickly assess and serve client needs.A native New Yorker, Jen now resides in Charleston, South Carolina with her family.
