As an L4 GAP Advisor in Amazon’s Risk and Compliance (RCO) organization, I provide real-time support, coaching, and strategic guidance to KYC investigators operating within the English-speaking domains of APE and APUK. My role plays a critical part in upholding Amazon’s global compliance standards and ensuring a consistent and high-quality investigator experience.Key Responsibilities:• Deliver timely, accurate, and impactful live coaching sessions to investigators across the APE and APUK regions via the RADAR platform• Provide consultative decision-making support on complex KYC and registration cases in real time• Ensure alignment with policy and SOP by analyzing investigator queries and proactively preventing repeated contact trends• Collaborate with QA, SOP, and leadership teams to uphold investigative quality and consistency• Contribute to process enhancement initiatives and support continuous improvement efforts through feedback loops and data-driven insights• Support cross-functional collaboration for global projects, driving compliance, customer obsession, and operational excellence• Serve as a knowledge bridge between front-line investigators and program teams by addressing gaps in SOP clarity, tooling, and training
