For graduate mid-career students in the interdisciplinary Nonprofit Management Program, collaborated to design and co-teach \"Policy and Advocacy\" course for the inaugural semester. Designed and taught \"Leadership\" course. Designed and taught a \"capstone\" enterprise course. Before, during, and after COVID pandemic, all courses were designed and/or adjusted for in-person, virtual and hybrid delivery based on data regarding the external leadership development landscape, competitor analysis, and customer/student surveys. Advised on development of Master\'s program curriculum to strengthen competencies needed to lead functions related to project management, IT, and human resources with emphasis on hybrid workplace performance. RESULT: The course on “Policy and Advocacy was top-rated several years in a row;Was featured guest for several University-sponsored webinars about leadership and advocacy alongside panelists to include:Sr. Writer, U.S. News and World Report (Susan Mulligan)Walmart Foundation Executive (Julie Gehrki)CEO of Independent Sector (Dan Cardinali)CEO of Foundation for a Healthy St. Petersburg (Randall Russell)
