Conduct primary and secondary reviews of Individual, Corporate, and Partnership tax returns. · Execute accounting and tax projects for clients in industries such as Construction, Real Estate, Retail, and Food & Beverage. · Handle client engagements while managing teams to prepare complex tax returns for businesses and high net-worth individuals. · Participate in client meetings, manage client relationships, and maintain active communications with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and meet deadlines. · Review financials statements, prepare year-end adjustments, and recording of complex transactions. · Communicate with the IRS, perform tax planning, technical tax research, and financial projections. · Supervise, lead, and develop accounting and tax staff, while implementing policies and procedures. · Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial statements and tax filings.
