In my most recent position, I provide leadership and direction to a team of 35 staff members consisting of managers and sales agents specializing in offering greeting cards and gifts sold by individual contractors. I oversaw the development and launch of the company’s compensation plan and bonus structure to align with company goals and objectives. My role involved compiling and analyzing financial reports including cost analysis and third-party service fees to meet ROI metrics. Additionally, I monitored CCPA compliance guidelines and requirements to ensure proper processes and procedures are in place. A few key highlights while in this role included: • Launched a closed system merchant service that allowed agents and customers to pay for products and services while significantly reducing merchant fees to the company. • Serve as the Product Manager for multiple projects of various sizes primarily focused on compensation, marketing, and reporting initiatives. • Streamlined multiple reporting programs to assist sales staff in monitoring individual performance and results, as well as restructuring the current dashboard system to quickly review key qualifications and sales summaries.
