My duties include-Overseeing day-to-day operations across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Accommodation, Kitchen, and Maintenance departments-Supporting and guiding all teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high guest satisfaction-Handling guest relations, resolving complaints promptly, leading and assisting the front office team as needed-Completing daily fire walks, public area checks, and room inspections to maintain safety and cleanliness standards-Managing cash procedures, including counting and verifying all F&B & Front Office floats as well as cross-checking all banking/ refunds are correctly processed according to financial policy-Coordinating staff rotas, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate departmental coverage-Training new staff, and supporting ongoing team development as well as organising Employee Engagement events -Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards across all departments-Supporting Employee Relations, conducting Performance reviews, investigations and also motivating and recognising staff-Completing & Co-ordinating fire alarm & Emergency equipment testing-Completing and monitoring EOD procedures during Night to Day.
