I am a Mechanic and Industrial Engineer with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace industry. Proven expertise in teaching, implementing Lean Concepts and lead several Kaizen events across diverse processes to drive efficiency and optimize performance. A results-driven Lean Professional with extensive experience in driving business excellence and operational efficiency. Adept at bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering a culture of innovation. Committed to leveraging technical skills and industry insights to enhance operational excellence and deliver exceptional results.With extensive experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, I transitioned into Lean Manufacturing in 2008, focusing on Kaizen projects and continuous improvement. I spearheaded the implementation of the Excellence program, based on Lean principles, within Developing and Manufacturing Engineering. This initiative significantly enhanced culture, processes, and overall results.In 2013, I was invited to Nashville, TN, to extend the Excellence program to Embraer’s commercial MRO. Over 3.5 years, I trained and developed over 500 professionals, fostering a partnership with the University of Tennessee. This effort led to a complete transformation of MRO processes and culture, resulting in increased revenue, margin growth, improved quality, and high customer satisfaction.Subsequently, I moved to Melbourne, FL, to reinforce the Excellence program in the Executive Aircraft Final Assembly. After two years of training people and leaders and driving process improvement projects, I was promoted to manage the Interior final assembly of the Embraer Praetor 500 / 600 Jets.Currently, I excel in talent development, process optimization, and cultivating a robust organizational culture. My focus is on building and enhancing processes to deliver an exceptional product, New Glenn Rocket.
