At the request of F&R Global Director, SMEs were supported in achieving project objectives effectively Active participation in Employee Resource Groups (ERG), including serving in the management committees of STEP, AIG internal LGBTQ+ ERG, and Wave, a cross-industry LGBTQ+ network
