Preparation of competent cells and transformation of competent E.coli for the amplification of DNA constructs. Immuno-purification, chromatin immuno-purification (ChIP) and qRT-PCR. • Imaging: Preparation of intact cells, chromosome spreads and chromatin fibres for immunostaining, Fluorescence Microscopy Imaging and Super-resolution Microscopy (PALM).
