Implementation and Management of the Global HR Shared Services Team: Lead and supervise a global HR workforce, implementing the HR Service Center operating model for employee lifecycle transactions. Collaborate with HRIS, IT, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure smooth processing and support. Manage the HRSC Knowledge Base (forms, SOPs, checklists, FAQs, etc.) and oversee Intranet management- Onboarding Program Management: Design and implement a global vision for the onboarding program, enhancing employee experience through efficient orientation and onboarding processes- HR Service Center Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HRSC performance metrics, present findings to stakeholders, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership. Review and establish SLAs to optimize efficiency and service delivery- International Employment Documentation: Manage employee contract renewals, amendments, and ensure compliance with international employment regulations- Process Improvement: Map existing HR processes to identify gaps and propose actionable improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness- Compliance & Regulatory Adherence: Ensure HR processes and services remain compliant with local, regional, and global regulations, minimizing risks and ensuring smooth operations.
