Creating content for our social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook or TikTok- Setting up and maintaining our Italian social media activities calendar- Community management: actively engaging with our community and answering users questions- Working together with the Brand Marketing team, the Italian Authors team and other stakeholders to conceptualize and launch marketing initiatives (e.g. sales, brand and marketing campaigns)- Creating copy and providing translation for social media posts, onsite pages or CRM activities (email and app)- Regularly collect and analyze social media data and other relevant KPIs
