RESPONSIBILITIES:In my role, I collaborate extensively with various stakeholders, like Government Officials, Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Business Analysts, to gather project requirements.My responsibilities span a range of activities. These include user research, data interpretation, crafting user flows, developing personas, creating customer journeys, sketching wireframes, creating prototypes, and producing high-fidelity screens.I created a design system based on the BC Government\'s brand guidelines to ensure a consistent design approach that met accessibility standards.I work closely with a team of full-stack engineers, starting from the discovery phase to project deployment.I participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and internal QA tests to uncover and resolve usability issues.I actively participate in sessions with BC Government Working Groups and Steering Committees, presenting interactive prototypes and beta versions of our solutions.My involvement extends throughout the development and deployment phases, providing continuous UX/UI support to ensure the success of our products.
