Project & program management:support and establish project portfolio governance, define KPIs, and monitor processes. Coordinate and oversee teams in complex projects, especially in it systems implementation and technology solutions. Perform PMO activities, including planning, activity tracking, and preparing strategic and operational documentation.Business analysis & process re-engineering:conduct “as-is” assessments and design “to-be” processes aligned with itil standards, such as incident, problem, and service desk management. Redesign processes for audits, property inspections, membership management, and document control, focusing on continuous improvement. Gather requirements and analyze process needs for new it systems (hardware and software).System implementation & digital innovation:support customization and deployment of CRM systems (e.g, Salesforce), data environments (e.g, CDE within BIM), reporting tools (e.g, Qlik), and queue management systems. Lead automation projects using RPA, including requirements collection, process modeling, and project management for over 20 robots. Assist in upgrading operational infrastructure management systems (such as airports), integrating functionalities like passes, vehicle, license, and security management platforms. Design forecasting tools, queue systems, and people counting solutions. Implement and maintain contract management systems, environmental tools, and sustainability platforms on corporate portals.Process analysis & soft skills:expertise in analyzing workflows and business processes within large organizations. Skilled in requirements gathering, process modeling, and effective communication with technical teams and stakeholders. Experienced in managing multidisciplinary teams and complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery aligned with operational priorities.
