Designs, develops, implements, tests, and maintains programming logic for Deposit Services database applications using the VBA language in Microsoft Access, Excel, Word, and Publisher 2010 & 2016. • Construct and compose reporting documents and web interfaces for management teams using Tableau. • Produce automation scripting code using Python. • Creates and conducts functional requirements, detail design documentation, and design walk-throughs for Business projects based on end-user requirements, business process analysis, and review of existing needs. • Develops system improvements and automation processes to reduce manual intervention and issue recurrence. • Builds forms, queries, reports, tables, functions, timers, and indexes, for workflow, tracking, trending, and reporting processes. • Provides daily operational and client support. • Collaborates with fellow team members on routine operations to resolve and troubleshoot technical issues. • Wears multiple-hats in different situations based on the project at hand; includes roles such as Analyst, Designer, Change Builder, Independent Tester, Release Engineer, and Project Manager. • Maintains open and clear communication to clients to establish a client‐focused relationship. • Architect applications for a diverse range of departments, including QA, HR, banking operations, wire transfers, call center, item processing, training, and executive management.
