ABOUT GIOVANNI ARRIGO
Giovanni has +20-year experience in Private Equity and M&A. He participated in a variety of investments and exits, which he actively contributed to originate and negotiate. He is involved in the management of portfolio companies, regularly serving on company boards and committees. Prior to joining Kalps he was partner of private equity team at Palladio Holding and manager with the first Italian intermediate capital firm sponsored by Soros and Indigo Capital. Giovanni formerly worked with Meliorbanca, merged in BPER Group in 2009. He holds an M.Sc. from L. Bocconi University (Milan) and an Executive Master in Business and Digital Transformation from Politecnico di Milano GSOM.
