Hi! I’m Giovana, a Senior Service Designer and UX Researcher with over 8 years of experience in digital products, 5 of which in Fintech. I combine in-depth user data with strategic design to create services that deliver magic in the lives of people and businesses.My background includes top-tier companies such as Walt Disney World, orchestrating experiences for guests per day, and AB InBev, leading 100+ field user studies across Brazil and Latin America. I also believe design is a powerful tool for driving meaningful change.
