Responsible for the recruitment of junior, mid-level and senior white and blue-collar professionals across various Lines of Business: Space & European Agencies, Critical Infrastructure & Large Enterprises, Police Forces & Homeland Security, Marketing & Sales and Business Development.Main responsibilities:Talent Acquisition- Hiring needs review and definition in collaboration with the HR Business Partner- High-volume recruitment using Workday, hiring up to Manager level across diverse Functions and delivering data-driven hiring insights- Strong focus and in-depth knowledge of Commercial roles (Marketing, Sales, Business & Development), Engineering profiles, and IT experts (Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Cybersecurity Engineers) as well as Technical roles- Collaboration with Headhunters and Employment Agencies and scouting for new recruiting channels- Organization of Assessment Centers for internal Academies; Employer Branding- Ensuring the attraction of young talents through the management of graduate programs- Collaboration with top-tier Universities and participation in career days and job fairs;Agency Workers Administration- Acting as the internal and external point of contact for managing temporary and permanent agency workers.HR Initiatives- Member of a cross-functional HR team focused on introducing innovation and improvement initiatives within the department, with a particular focus on an ITA-UK exchange program \"BridgetoCyber\".Welfare CoachAs a member of the Leonardo Welfare Coach Community, I support employees in navigating the company’s welfare offers and initiatives.
