Oversee a team of 20+ staff responsible for the creation of more than 300 programs, and accrediting more than 700 CLE programs in all formats (live in-person, live webcast, and on demand), across all US regulatory agencies and several international accrediting agencies to support a membership of more than as well as non-member attorneys across the US and world. Strategic planning, new product development, customer identification and segmentation, new models for selling and developing content, and relationship management with several hundred entity organizations, ensuring successful partnerships and growth of business in development of content that conforms to MCLE requirements. Launched a national MCLE accreditation service to external CLE-producing organizations (specialty bar associations, law schools, law firms, insurance companies, etc), projected to have more than 30 customers within first year of service. As a nationally recognized expert on the rules and regulations regarding MCLE, created and delivered numerous informative and entertaining presentations to a wide variety of audiences. Key contributions include managing budget, process improvement, and reorganizing staff to ensure highest ROI, aligning strategic plan to greater ABA priorities, articulating a clear vision and arranging product offerings and staffing to support it, and transforming the product’s value proposition by evolving leadership priorities.
