In my role as Chief Appraiser, I oversee twelve (12) residential real estate appraisers four (4) of which are in house office-based national review appraisers. The remaining eight (8) are field appraisers. Cross-Functional Communication: Collaborate directly with stakeholders and internal partners across the company to develop long-term customer relationships. Responsible for the procurement of products/services for bulk acquisition of real property including negotiating and awarding contracts. Obtained VA Staff Appraisal Reviewer (SAR) certification from the Veterans Administration. Extensive experience in residential real estate appraisal with a thorough knowledge of theoretical and practical appraisal practice methodology, including all phases of appraisal and appraisal review. Assisted in acquiring, managing, and disposing of real property for Goldman Sachs by assigning value to Goldman Sachs real estate asset portfolio (completed every 6 months), which included, short sales, deed in lieu, foreclosure bids, REO sales, charge offs, and litigation reviews.
