Since August, I’ve been working with the Jordan Brand as a Visual Merchandising and Styling Consultant, driving two successful EMEA-wide campaign launches. I partner closely with EMEA leadership and store teams to create impactful, high-energy brand moments across Jordan environments, while strengthening relationships with Jordan partner stores. I also create Spring 2026 directives for EMEA, based on WHQ guidance, and collaborate with allocation and merchandising to shape more curated assortments for the London market.Over the past month, I’ve expanded into a Retail Marketing Specialist role for Nike West London, leading Spring 2026 campaign planning from a marketing perspective. I’m working with agencies to develop bold, consumer-led concepts and bring the space to life both creatively and commercially.

ABOUT GILLIAN WATSON
Fashion has been an interest of mine for as long as I can remember. Since I was in my teenage years, I have been altering my clothes and experimenting with style, colour and silhouettes. This lead my on to my degree in fashion branding at Caledonian University, and further into my current role, working in visual merchandising and styling. I have been with Nike for over 8 years, starting as a sales assistant in Glasgow\'s value store, to now being the VMS manager at Niketown London, our global flagship store. My time as Niketown has seen me lead and land numerous campaigns; working on consumer journey, fixture placement, visual merchandising, product marketing and overall project management. In my spare time, I keep myself super busy too. I like to run both track and road with my amazing run club, as well as my weekly yoga and pilates classes. Whilst health and wellness is super important to me, I also use my downtime to feed my creative nature, through ring-making, a hobby which has taught me patience and strengthened my eye for detail even more. I also love creating garments, whether that be with my sewing machine or my knitting needles. Lastly, I just love being in nature! The hills are my favourite place to be, particularly the magical Glencoe, in Scotland- If you haven\'t been, I highly recommend it.
