I have many years\' experience in supply chain management, where I developed a strong knowledge of strategic purchasing and operational efficiency procedures in various technology industries. Learning and using Lean techniques and Kaizen tools played an important role in my development. As a result, I have always been able to achieve my objectives by maximizing my teams\' efficiency in controlling (and reducing) costs, delivery times, order backlogs, inventory levels and product quality.
