I help Comms professionals who are used to telling other people\'s stories to stop and have a look at where their own story is going. My clients are the plate-spinners and firefighters and I help them to go from running at full tilt serving their job and having no time to think, to having more perspective and balance in their life. They feel understood, listened to, depressurised, slowed down, more peaceful, capable and strong. I bring my time, knowledge and experience to them and support them with my coaching and mentoring skills.
