Provides expert support to stakeholders in the digital development sector to access, manage, use and share data more effectively and also promoting the implementation of FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) data principles across multiple projects. •Data policy and practice research and implementation in several projects within an international setting • Conduct research on real-world examples of data management, access and sharing and support colleagues to design tools based on this research • Support colleagues to implement data sharing policies, plans, or strategies with external stakeholders by providing technical expertise and advice • Adopting systems-thinking approaches to problem-solving • Conducts data analysis to extract insights from data • Support change management activities throughout several digital development projects • Facilitate more effective data sharing within CABI and with external partners • With colleagues, plan, deliver and facilitate data literacy workshops, covering data collection, analysis, management and publication • Support business development within CABI, locating potential sources of project income and inputting to the writing of proposals where necessary
