I\'m in charge of product marketing and communication for Guzzini brand leading direct report and cross functional teams.\\\\nAbout the product marketing activity I work closely with designers, R&D, Engineering, Sales and Buying departments while for the communication I manage the advertising and comunication agencies.\\\\nPassionate about innovation and design.\\\\n\\\\nGuzzini produces and sells high-quality design objects in 110 countries through multibrand stores stores (Specialty, Lifestyle, Department stores).\\\\n\\\\nMy Responsibilities and tasks:\\\\n\\\\nProduct strategy definition\\\\nDesign strategy definition\\\\nProduct launch plans and product roadmap development and execution\\\\nDesigner management (new product briefing, proposal selection)\\\\nProduct lifecycle management\\\\nCompany branding (both online and off-line)\\\\nDriving Marketing Initiative to showcase the products and its benefits via presentations/seminars, road shows, trade show\\\\nDealing with external agencies: comunication, digital marketing, PR\\\\nBTL activity management (catalogues, end-user leaflets, in-store communication, etc.)\\\\nATL activity management (advertising)\\\\nDigital marketing management\\\\nCompany social presence on Facebook, Linkedin, and other social media\\\\nBudgeting & forecasting and product P&L management\\\\nIdeation and management of co-marketing, co-branding, co-development, brand licensing projects\\\\nMarket researches (brand awareness, concept product test)\\\\nSales data analysis and identification of activities for budget goals achievement\\\\nMarket trends analysis, competitive landscape analysis and new business opportunities identification\\\\n\\\\nSpecialties: Product Innovation, Product Marketing Planning, Pricing, Design management, Communication.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
