As the AIxProjectManagement Tech Lead, I am the architect of the Devoteam Project Tribe’s transition from reactive methods to a proactive, AI-augmented ecosystem. My role is to bridge the gap between the raw power of LLMs and AI Agents and the practical reality of industrial-grade delivery.I drive the following pillars: Strategy and AI-Augmented PM vision: I identify high-value opportunities within the projects, including risk analysis, workload estimation, and defining AI-related workloads Evangelism and change management: Through mentorship, workshops, and conferences, I drive the acculturation of both our consultants and customers, crafting the AI-First management mindset Data-driven and technical leadership: autonomous AI agents, and prompts library constructionI design autonomous AI agents and construct prompt libraries, enhancing optimized the process of decision-making.
