I help promote events that empower youth through entrepreneurship and leadership in the broader Santa Barbara area. I manage our social media platforms to increase engagement, create marketing materials to boost visibility, and coordinate public relations efforts to strengthen community partnerships. I also support event planning and execution, helping organize impactful workshops and networking opportunities for young individuals from under-resourced communities. Our goal is to ensure that these young voices are not only seen and heard but also celebrated, supported, and equipped with the tools they need to succeed. By fostering confidence, creativity, and connection, we aim to create lasting change and open doors to opportunity.
