Contributed to the global implementation of SDG indicators 6.4.1 (water use efficiency) and 6.4.2 (water stress) through data analysis, technical assistance, and institutional support to Member States- Provided technical guidance to national institutions on AQUASTAT data collection and validation and oversaw the integration of finalized data into FAO’s Statistical Working System- Contributed to the continuous improvement of AQUASTAT’s data workflows by providing technical feedback and recommendations to FAO statistical specialists and system developers- Designed, conducted and supported national and regional multi-institutional technical workshops across the Near East and Africa (including Morocco, Oman, Guinea, Iraq, Mauritania, and Lebanon) to strengthen national capacity on SDG 6.4 monitoring, including AQUASTAT data collection and indicators’ interpretation- Contributed to the drafting and translation of FAO publications, including progress reports, technical guidelines, e-learning courses, and knowledge products related to SDG 6.4 monitoring and global water data dissemination- Supported inter-agency collaboration under the Integrated Monitoring Initiative for SDG 6 (IMI-SDG6), contributing to methodological outreach and coordination with UN-Water partners- Supported technical coordination and timely delivery of monitoring-related activities under IMI-SDG6, contributing to programmatic execution and stakeholder engagement across multiple countries.
