MY CORE VALUES & EXPERIENCE: Service in the Army taught me the importance of effective communication, teamwork, and following through on all commitments. Years of experience managing residential facilities and administering programs for vulnerable populations instilled an appreciation for balancing the needs of the individual against those of the organization.
