Assisted Living Locators of Northern Baltimore is a senior advisory and placement service offering families personalized assistance in making care plan decisions for loved ones. We provide guidance and recommendations to families transitioning loved ones into Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care and In-Home Health Care.I am a Certified Senior Advisor, and I am also Dementia Care Certified. I meet with families in-person or virtually to understand the senior’s clinical and cultural needs, desired geographic location, and budget. I then suggests a list of communities for the family and arranges for tours. I attend the tours with the family to make sure all the family’s questions and concerns are addressed. After the tours, sI help the family evaluate their choices and make their decisions. If wanted I help coordinate the seniors’ move with the community sales director or appropriate personnel. I can connect the family with industry experts who can assist with organizing the move and selling the home and contents. I can recommend reputable people who can help the family with estate planning and legal services, and navigate funding sources, such as the VA for veterans. I work to take the stress out of a very stressful situation, and prides myself on being a resource for all aspects of a senior move.Geographic Area Served: The Baltimore Metropolitan area and surrounding Maryland counties. I can also help place people in other parts of the country.
