Jerry is a seasoned leader with 26 years of professional experience, including 19 years dedicated to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). He brings a unique blend of management consulting and industry expertise, driving DEI strategy from design through execution. Jerry is known for his strengths in DEI, organizational change management, communications, learning and development, accounting, finance, data analysis, and reporting.His adaptable, results-driven approach has delivered measurable impact across complex, global business environments in diverse sectors such as technology, media and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, commercial real estate, energy, managed services, transportation, health care, and banking.He is currently the Director of Global DEI at Roku, the No. 1 streaming platform in the U.S, Canada, and Mexico by hours streamed. Prior to this role, Jerry was the first Head of Global Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DI & B) at The Kraft Heinz Company. He shaped the multi-year DI & B strategy to achieve the company’s representation and inclusion aspirations for over employees in a complex, global, and matrixed environment. Jerry was also the first Global Director of DEI at Hines, a privately held commercial real estate company with employees in 20+ countries.
