ABOUT GERARD FOX

I graduated from Georgetown Law School, magna cum laude, and received my bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond. I’ve acted as lead trial counsel for clients such as Vivendi, Clear Channel, and Dow Chemical. I have represented a wide variety of clients, from high-net worth individuals and entertainers such as Madonna, James Gandolfini, Anita Baker, Rush Limbaugh, Art Neville, Martin Lawrence, The Isley Brothers, and Mode Media, to corporations including BMG Music Publishing, Tutor Perini, and Samsung.My career began at Covington & Burling, followed by Kaye, Scholer, before forming my own litigation boutique, Fox & Spillane. At Fox & Spillane, my trial skills were honed during my 12 year tenure with the firm. I am a fierce advocate, bringing passion to each and every matter in order to drive a favorable resolution. My trial practice has taken me to courts across the country in a wide range of industries, from music, television and motion picture, and video games, to talent management, investment banking, securities, oil and gas, and chemical products.I founded Gerard Fox Law in 2009 in Los Angeles, and we have since expanded with new offices in San Francisco, New York, and Washington, D.C.
