I influence business objectives through effective application of a leadership cycle: recruiting the right people and ensuring they are effectively trained, coordinating business goals with local behaviours, providing teams with the right information in a timely manner, setting SMART goals, supervising performance, and delivering feedback to continuously motivate and encourage teams.
