WPP. As Programme Manager, I stood up and managed global teams of Project Managers, Network Engineers & Architects that delivered WPP’s Network and Security infrastructure refresh across the world. Ensured on-time and on-budget project delivery whilst managing risks and customer expectations. Reporting on team’s performance and ensuring accurate customer billing. Prepared forecasts and revenue reports and safeguarded the account’s profitability. As Project Manager, I have delivered office moves and Network and Security infrastructure refresh projects of various sizes.Tesco. As part of the Critical Failover project, I validated Tesco’s Network resilience across its Data Centres, Distribution Centres, Customer Fulfilment Centres and Stores infrastructure. Also, managed an improvement plan to resolve the resilience issues identified. Tesco’s Gatehouse Automation project extending LAN capability in its Distribution Centres in order to automate the entry and exit of delivery trucks.
