Responsible for a multi-faceted role which requires overseeing, planning and managing multiple work streams internally and externally- Lead the definition and implementation of a company-wide innovation strategy aligned with the business strategic objectives- Created CERT Design Ethos: a framework that defines our approach and design of our projects based on three key principles: Sustainability, Harmony and Wellbeing- Redefined how we present our propositions and pitch to key stakeholders (public authorities, institutional funders, investors) to effectively communicate our USP- Improved the way we use data for decision-making and for presentation purposes pf key insights to our stakeholders- Enabling a more collaborative approach through the facilitation of ideation workshops within the organization and with our target demographics- Leading primary and secondary research to identify emerging trends, tech innovations and best practices within the real estate industry- Digital transformation: Programme lead for developing and deploying a tenant experience platform- Research & Development: ERDF-funded programme lead working with the Graphene Engineering Innovation Centre at the University of Manchester- Spin-off: Leading the design of a new business model, the market research to validate assumptions and the fundraising process. The project has been awarded a grant from Greater Manchester Combined Authority\'s Foundational Economy Innovation Fund- Processes and Operations: Being more efficient and more creative on why we do things in a] particular way and how we do things can lead to multiple small gains and add up to the bigger picture, aggregated make a big difference- Team Mentoring: Creating a safe space and enabling a culture for innovation within the team
