I manage a portfolio of over 1,200 locations totaling more than 40 million square feet comprised of industrial distribution, retail, and corporate office space. Responsible for facility development with a strategic focus on speed to market while managing property search, site selection and new lease, lease renewal, and purchase negotiations for Ferguson. I pride myself on communication and keeping all stakeholders apprised throughout the complex real estate development process.
