ABOUT GEORGE LIGHT

Analytics and CRO professional, specialising in measurement, visualisation, insights, and data activation within the digital ecosystem. I have a strong understanding of data within the digital realm and love using it to empower businesses. My skills allow me to consult or work from the barebones of analytics and tag implementation, with a strong technical skillset within GTM and a solid grasp on the workings of HTML, CSS and Javascript. In addition to this I have experience working with large cloud based data sets in GCP and can use SQL to efficiently query them. I also understand that the WHY is important, and know how to use data for dashboards, reports, research and analysis. My knowledge of UX and CRO allows me to effectively audit and research a site\'s design and performance using a variety of quantitative and qualitative research methods. Including but not limited to, heat mapping, live user testing, interviews, platform analysis, predictive eye-tracking, and user journey analysis. From here I am able to create educated hypotheses on how to improve a site\'s design, structure, tracking, or marketing strategy to help maximize its conversion rate, ROI and overall profitability.
