As part of both the Expertise & Innovation and Data Science teams, my role is to coordinate project delivery from both technical and business centred perspectives- Acted as technical lead for project which conducted attribution analysis to determine optimal weightings for value based bidding strategy. The process included data extraction, exploratory analysis, transformation, model fit, hyperparmeter tuning, and evaluation. The optimisation led to a +30% increase in ROI.(shapley values, xgboost, python, sql, BigQueryML, sklearn, statsmodels, pandas)- Delivered end-to-end fully automated machine learning solution which provides media KPI insights. Solution included the full orchestration of the pipeline within the Google Cloud Platform, and mitigated risks such as data drift and data skew.(python, sql, arima, sklearn, statsmodels)- Frequently collaborate with senior stakeholders and project managers to outline new opportunities to drive business value- Actively involved in delivering internal training on best practices.
