ABOUT GEORGE KRUEGER
George is the Director of Employee Benefits at MacLean Fogg Company. Through innovative product development and selected acquisitions, MacLean-Fogg Company has grown into a worldwide enterprise with 30 North American manufacturing facilities, 10 international facilities, and annual sales of nearly $950 million and a worldwide workforce of 4,500 people. In 2006 George left his position of Corporate Controller to develop the $100 + million dollar Profit Sharing and Savings Plan, along with three pension plans at MacLean Fogg. His ten year reaches a mile stone this year with twenty five years of service with MacLean Fogg Company. During George’s short tenure in the employee benfit world he has achieved 97% participation rate, along with providing new investment and savings education for active participants as well as helping individual approaching retirement objectives. Taking the current plan from a 90 day valuation mode to a daily valuation was one of his greatest accomplishments. This private held company prides itself on care for the individual worker and creating a savings program for their retirement years. MacLean Fogg takes every opportunity in helping individuals saving for their retirement future. Along with a company match and Profit Sharing, Maclean Fogg has allowed individual employees to save for their retirement future.George has lived in the Libertyville, Illinois area for 40+ years. He has been married to his wife Joan and they have raised 2 daughters and now have five grandchildren. Joan a retired teacher now has the joy of teaching their grandchildren the art of learning.
