I successfully managed the design, construction, installation, configuration, support, and maintenance of the Distributed & Mainframe Tower - Data Center mission-critical infrastructure. Furthermore, I spearheaded the Financial Service Sector Client\'s EPOC-Project Activity schedule, coordinating 35+ team members to support over critical device migrations. My strategic insights led to proposing key benefits of IBM Watson\'s features on Capacity Monitoring tools, which resulted in the successful sale of the IBM PCM Tool and earned me the prestigious IBM \'Rockstar\' Award.I thrive on building collaborative relations and leveraging effective communication to foster synergy across teams and stakeholders, ultimately driving delivery excellence. Recognized for my innovative approach, I also won the Q2 2024 Cognizant’s Innovation award for Strategy for Financial Sector’s Center growth.
