With deep roots in South Florida and more than a decade of involvement in the brand’s growth, my focus now is scaling our franchise operations, optimizing our infrastructure, and preserving the cultural legacy that defines the Vicky experience.Key Responsibilities and Milestones:• Strategic Expansion: Leading the brand’s bold national growth plan—opening 8 new locations by end of year and scaling to 100 stores nationwide by 2030.• Operational Optimization: Driving systems-level improvements across operations, budgeting, and resource management to prepare for long-term scalability.• Product Innovation: Overseeing the rollout of new product lines designed to modernize the Vicky offering without losing its traditional soul.• Cultural Stewardship: Ensuring that the company’s next chapter honors the values and story of its founders—bringing Cuban hospitality, heritage, and flavor to more communities across the U.S.• Executive Governance: Continuing in my role as Chairman of the Executive Board, providing oversight and strategic support across all Vicky Bakery entities.This role combines my lifelong entrepreneurial experience with a personal connection to a brand I deeply respect allowing me to grow something meaningful, enduring, and rooted in both legacy and vision.
