In 1972, Antonio and Gelasia Cao opened Vicky Bakery, making pastries here the way they made them in Cuba, and they\'ve been incredibly successful. To this day, we haven\'t changed the recipe, and to this day it continues to be one of the better pastries that our clients say they have eaten. Vicky Bakery has remained a family business. Antonio and Gelasia\'s children have expanded the bakery to 16 different locations in South Florida, with plans to continue our exciting growth by offering franchise locations. We view our franchisees as members of the extended Vicky family, providing the support and care that they need to succeed. • Executive team member with full P&L ownership and accountability for all aspects of financial operations to drive the successful planning, execution, and measurement of the current and future business. • Work directly with key leaders to drive major business decisions related to revenue growth, promotions, pricing, product/brand development, supply chain efficiency, and overall company profitability. • Responsible for the proactive pursuit, development, and execution of key initiatives and profit-improving programs, as well as the day-to-day operating decision making. • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customer needs.
