I am responsible for building and maintaining a real estate loan portfolio with other related bank products and services. My main goal is to fulfill all my clients’ needs while working through various referral networks to meet and help new prospective clients. Additionally, I understand the benefits of building strong and lasting relationships with any of our clients. I believe that City National Bank allows me to utilize a high degree of creativity and independence in developing, managing, and servicing my current and future diverse and complex client relationships. You will find that I have deep product knowledge and technical expertise that helps me assist in originating, structuring, and executing transactions of varying sizes. Currently, I have the ability to provide Construction, Rehab/Re-positioning, Bridge, and Mini-perm/Perm loans, ranging in loan sizes from $10MM to $80MM+(can go higher depending on client financial capacity).
